9.2 Log Files
The log files are provided as a standard troubleshooting tool. The following procedure will access the
log file through the application.
1. Select File tab > Help > View log file.
2. The Log file will display.
3. The log file can be copied/save and sent to HID Global Technical Support for assistance.
